2025 Fire Cider is here! This is a special spicy herbal infused vinegar and most of the produce was grown on Campo Farm & Kitchen in Cashmere, WA. Fire Ciders are traditionally spicy and this is no exception! This is an herb forward fire cider with a citrus twist this year. Enjoy by the teaspoon for a pick-me-up, a Tbsp at the beginning of a cold and it is great in salad dressings, coleslaw, marinades and broths. May add honey to taste to help balance the spice and tang.

Ingredients: All herbs extracted in Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar.

Campo Farm & Kitchen: Garlic, Sweet onion, Cayenne pepper, Jalapeno pepper and Sarit gat (a spicy yellow pepper).

Garden: Horseradish, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme.

Kitchen: Black peppercorn, Ginger, Lemon, Orange and Turmeric.

Directions: Take a teaspoon for an afternoon pick-me-up. A Tablespoon at the first sniffle. Use in salad dressings, marinades and broths. Shake well and Refrigerate once opened.
