Spring in a bottle! 2025 Nettle Vinegar is ready! * Great for salad dressings, pan deglazing and also a great tea addition for a vinegar pick-me-up. These nettles were picked in Cashmere, WA on a friends beautiful property.
The nettles were grown and harvested in the Wenatchee valley on the land of the P’squosa people. The purchase of this vinegar gives 3% back to the IRRF ( Indigenous Roots & Reparation Foundation). Payments are made bi-annually.
Ingredients: Organic raw apple cider vinegar and locally handpicked nettles.
Refrigerate after opening.
